Visualization
These options help in the search for errors. In addition to the collision shapes, the collision locations and several internal Dynamics states are shown as well.
Colors are used to display the following elements:
Bounding boxes are colored white (dynamic objects) or light blue (non-dynamic objects).
The following colors are used for Geometry itself (the colored geometry reflects the internal collision shape):
- Yellow: active objects that are constantly being calculated (these also initially include non-dynamic objects)
- Green: active objects whose velocity (Dynamics tab) is momentarily less than the defined velocity but whose deactivation time span (a fixed time of 2 seconds) has not yet expired.
- Turquoise: active objects whose velocity (Dynamics tab) is momentarily less than the defined velocity and whose deactivation time span (a fixed time of 2 seconds) has expired because they are linked directly or indirectly with active objects as a result of collisions.
- Blue: objects have been deactivated
Turns the visualization on or off globally.
Enables or disables the display of collision Shapes.
Displays a bounding box that represents the maximum dimension of a given object.
All collision points will be marked in black.
Displays Connectors, including their limits, in Black.
