# Change Point Order

As explained under [Polygon Coordinate System](https://help.maxon.net/c4d/en-us/Content/html/OPOLYGON.html.md), the [Matrix Extrude](https://help.maxon.net/c4d/en-us/Content/html/TOOLMATRIXEXTRUDE.html.md) tool, for example, orients itself to this coordinate system, which refers to the order of the points A, B, C and D of a given polygon. This sequence of points is what the **Change Point Order** command lets you change. More information is available in the Matrix Extrude tool's documentation.

The **Move Down Sequence** was applied to the selected polygons on the left before all polygons were extruded using the **Matrix Extrude** tool.
