[Video: 2025-0_force_object_01_.mp4](https://help.maxon.net/c4d/en-us/Content/Resources/Images/2025-0_force_object_01_.mp4) [![Image: halvar.png](https://help.maxon.net/c4d/en-us/Content/Resources/Images/halvar.png)](https://help.maxon.net/c4d/en-us/Content/Resources/Scenes/2025-0_force_object_01_.c4d) The **Force object** ensures that each Rigid Body exerts its own radial gravitational force on every other Rigid Body within its range (can be activated via [Objects](https://help.maxon.net/c4d/en-us/Content/html/TRIGIDBODY-RIGIDBODY_PBD_FORCES_GROUP.html.md) per Dynamics Body tag). This can be a force of attraction, but also a force of repulsion. If you switch off [Gravity](https://help.maxon.net/c4d/en-us/Content/html/DYNWORLDOBJECT-WORLD_GROUP_DYNAMICS.html.md) in the Preferences settings so that only the **Force object** is effective, the Rigid Bodies will have planet-like orbits (or clumps) if you shoot them at each other at a starting speed. To do this, set all attenuation values to 0.
