It generates positions in a volume that fall with gravity or drift with wind — simple rain, snow or rising-balloon effects without a particle system. This Node can be used to generate positions within a cubic volume that are automatically moved per gravitation or wind. This can, for example, be used to simulate falling rain drops or ascending balloons. ![Image: R25_Rain.jpg](https://help.maxon.net/c4d/en-us/Content/Resources/Images/R25_Rain.jpg)\ The Rain Node places particles within a cube-shaped volume and animates these using gravitational and/or wind forces.
