# Spline Line Center

> This page documents the **Spline Line Center distribution node** of the Scene Nodes system in **Cinema 4D**. It places positions on the segments between spline points — targeting the straights rather than the control points.

This allows distributions to be placed specifically on the spline sections between the spline points.
