# Vector Import Info Tag

> This page describes the **Vector Import Info tag** in **Cinema 4D**. It appears when a Vector Import object (SVG/AI artwork) is made editable and keeps the import metadata with the resulting splines, which can then drive later adjustments via XPresso Set Driver/Set Driven.

If the Vector Import object is made editable, the splines will display a Vector Import tag. This data can, for example, be used with a combination of **Set Driver** and **Set Driven** (context menu under XPressions) to make later modifications easy.
