## Options

### Strength

Parameter ID: `MDATA_EVENSPACING_WEIGHT` · Range: [0..100%]

Here you can the degree to which an edge selection should approach the center. This value can be adjusted interactively by clicking and dragging in the Viewport.

### Linear

Parameter ID: `MDATA_EVENSPACING_LINEAR`

If enabled, this option ensures that edges that lie perpendicular to the selected border come to rest on a straight line. This will, for example, result in all surface curvatures generated by edge loops to be lost (see [Image](https://help.maxon.net/c4d/en-us/Content/html/TOOLEVENSPACING.html.md) on right); the surface will be flat.
