## Tag Properties

### Change Subdivision

Parameter ID: `SDSTAG_USE_SDS_STEPS`

Enable this option if you want to add subdivisions to objects that lie below the Subdivision Surface object in the hierarchy that are separate from the subdivisions of the SDS object (see ,Cube.2’ in above image).

The following two options can be used to define the object's subdivision.

### Subdivision Viewport

Parameter ID: `SDSTAG_SUBEDITOR` · Range: [0..6]

### Subdivision Renderer

Parameter ID: `SDSTAG_SUBRAY` · Range: [0..6]
