## Parameters

### Object

Parameter ID: `DYNAMICS_PROXIMITY_NODE_INPUT_OBJECT`

See [Object](https://help.maxon.net/c4d/en-us/Content/html/GVDYNPROXIMITY-ID_GVPROPERTIES.html.md).

### Object Index

Parameter ID: `DYNAMICS_PROXIMITY_NODE_INPUT_INDEX` · Range: [0..2147483647]

When using Cloner objects (these should also be defined in the **Object** field) or other constellations in which a Dynamics Body tag generates multiple dynamic objects, the **Object Index** port can be used to input clone or object index information.

### Exclude Object

Parameter ID: `DYNAMICS_PROXIMITY_NODE_INPUT_EXCLUDE_OBJECT`

See [Exclude Object](https://help.maxon.net/c4d/en-us/Content/html/GVDYNPROXIMITY-ID_GVPROPERTIES.html.md).

### Exclude Index

Parameter ID: `DYNAMICS_PROXIMITY_NODE_INPUT_EXCLUDE_INDEX` · Range: [0..2147483647]

When using Cloner objects (these should also be defined in the **Object** field) or other constellations in which a Dynamics Body tag generates multiple dynamic objects, the **Exclude Index** port can be used to exclude specific clones or objects from the proximity calculation via their index number.

### Point

Parameter ID: `DYNAMICS_PROXIMITY_NODE_INPUT_POINT` · Range: [XYZ ]

Represents the position as a vector. It ascertains the proximity of the nearest object that is affected by Dynamics.

### Tag

Parameter ID: `DYNAMICS_PROXIMITY_NODE_OUTPUT_TAG`

The Dynamics Body tag of the nearest object that is affected by Dynamics is output here.

### Object

Parameter ID: `DYNAMICS_PROXIMITY_NODE_OUTPUT_OBJECT`

### Object Index

Parameter ID: `DYNAMICS_PROXIMITY_NODE_OUTPUT_INDEX` · Range: [-2147483648..2147483647]

### Point Index

Parameter ID: `DYNAMICS_PROXIMITY_NODE_OUTPUT_POINT_INDEX` · Range: [-2147483648..2147483647]

These Output Ports contain the nearest objects that are affected by Dynamics or the **Object Index** of Cloner objects or other constellations with which a Dynamics Body tag is used to create multiple dynamic objects. In the case of a single object (which must be a Soft Body or a Rigid Body with **Shape** set to Static Mesh or Moving Mesh) the nearest point can be output.

### Distance

Parameter ID: `DYNAMICS_PROXIMITY_NODE_OUTPUT_DISTANCE` · Range: [-∞..+∞]

The distance between the **Point** Input Port and the next object point of a dynamic object.

### Position

Parameter ID: `DYNAMICS_PROXIMITY_NODE_OUTPUT_POSITION` · Range: [XYZ ]

### Local Position

Parameter ID: `DYNAMICS_PROXIMITY_NODE_OUTPUT_LOCAL_POSITION` · Range: [XYZ ]

The position nearest to the position defined in the **Point** port (local or global) of the object in the **Object** field, allowing for its defined **Shape**.

### Point Index

Parameter ID: `DYNAMICS_PROXIMITY_NODE_OUTPUT_POINT_INDEX` · Range: [-2147483648..2147483647]

The Point Index of the nearest dynamic object is output. The object in question must have its **Shape** set to Static Mesh or Moving Mesh or generally be a Soft Body.
