## Inputs

### DataType

Parameter ID: `DATATYPE`

The node automatically adopts the data type of the connected array. It is therefore not necessary to manually select a data type here. The **Value** input automatically adapts to the data type of the connected array.

### Array

Parameter ID: `ARRAYIN`

Here you link the array whose indices you want to compare with a specified value.

### Position

Parameter ID: `VALUEIN` · Range: [XYZ ]

Here you forward the value to the node that you want to search for within the connected array.

If a corresponding element exists, a positive signal is output (*true* or 1), otherwise you will receive *false* or 0 at the **Found** output of the node.

If the **Value** was found, you can also find out its index number at **First Index**. If the value occurs more than once in the array, only the entry with the lowest index number is output at **First Index**. An overview of all indices in which the value you are looking for appears is available at the **Index List** output.
