## Inputs

### ...}

Parameter ID: `INNERDOMAIN`

Here, for example, you use the **Range** output of a *Range* node to specify the number of passes in which elements are to be added to an array. In this way, the gradual enlargement of an array can also be implemented.

### Outer Scope

Parameter ID: `OUTERDOMAIN`

This signal is useful when linking different nodes that should have equal hierarchical dependency to each other.

### DataType

Parameter ID: `DATATYPE`

The node automatically adopts the data type of the connected array. It is therefore not necessary to manually select a data type here. The **Value** input automatically adapts to the data type of the connected array.

### Array

Parameter ID: `ARRAYIN`

Link the array where you want to exchange or edit individual values.

### Index

Parameter ID: `INDEXIN` · Range: [0..2147483647]

This value specifies the number of the element in the array that you want to replace. The counting method for arrays always starts at 0 for the first element. If you specify an index here that is not present in the array, the array is not changed. So make sure that this **Index** is between 0 and the number of elements in the array -1, for example, by reading out the number of elements in the array beforehand using [Get  Count.](https://help.maxon.net/c4d/en-us/Content/html/NET_MAXON_NODE_ARRAY_GETCOUNT.html.md)

### Position

Parameter ID: `VALUEIN` · Range: [XYZ ]

Here you enter the value to be inserted at the selected **index** position in the array. This overwrites the value originally present there.
