# Compare

> This page documents the **Compare node** of the Scene Nodes system in **Cinema 4D**. It tests two values for equality or size relation and outputs a boolean — the condition source for branching node logic.

This Node compares the size relation of two input values and can, for example, output a positive result if the values are identical or one of the values is larger than the other.
