Transform
You can apply precise transformations to the selected UV polygons by entering values into these boxes.
You can move the UVs a certain number of pixels along the X and Y axes from their current position using these values. X represents the horizontal direction, Y the vertical direction. You can also enter negative values to move the UVs in the negative direction of the axes. The value range orients itself according to the UV coordinates between 0 and 1. If your texture has a resolution of 1024x1024 pixels and you want to move a UV polygon a distance of 100 pixels you must enter the following: 100/1024=0.098.
If you want to scale a selection you must enter a Scale value. The X value scales horizontally, the Y value scales vertically. To scale proportionally, enter the same value fur X and for Y. Values less than 1 will scale your selection down, larger values will increase the scale of your selection.
The selection can also be rotated by entering a corresponding value.
