Drag the object to which the selected object should be oriented into this field.

Enable Move
Enable Scale
Enable Rotation

Once active, you can define whether Position, Scale and/or Rotation should be assumed. Drag the object to which the selected object should be oriented into this field.

You can also specify which coordinates should be transferred. For example, to set the selected objects to the same height as the reference object, enable the options for Enable Move and Y and disable the other options.
