Texture

Here you can edit the selected texture interactively using the Move, Rotate and Scale tools, i.e., manually fine-tune the projection. The Material tag’s coordinates will be affected.

To use this tood mode, a clearly assigned Material tag (or a selected Projection node) must be in place. This is the case if only one Material tag is assigned - then the corresponding object only has to be selected. If multiple Material tags are assigned to an object, the respective tag must be selected. Only then will the projection be shown.

Of course, this only makes sense if the UVW or Camera Projection is not defined for the Material tag (here, the projection is defined differently). In these modes, no projection help views will be shown.

You can edit one texture at a time only. If multiple Material tags are selected, the grid lines will not appear and cannot be edited.

The mapping (i.e. the type of projection) is taken into account.
