FISHEYE FIXER

Fisheye Fixer corrects a range of fisheye lens distortion.

Presets

Fisheye Fixer is a simple tool, but you can make it a pinch simpler and quicker with its four presets. Find them via the blue Open Dashboard... button or the Choose a Preset... button below it.

As with all other Universe tools, you can modify or create a Fisheye Fixer look and then save it under its own name by pressing the Save Preset... button.

Modify the Effect

• The Lens Angle drop-down menu helps flatten and correct the lens distortion of GoPro® and Superview wide angle lenses. Choose from four settings (which copy the effect's four presets: Narrow, Medium, Wide, or Superview. Shown below are variations on an image with no Fisheye Fixer applied (left), Narrow (center), and Wide (right).
  
• Use the Fine Tune slider to adjust the effect of the fisheye fixer for a more customized look to suit your footage. The comparison below shows values of -10 (left) and 10 (right). The higher the value, the more the image appears to expand toward the comp's edges.
