INSTALLATION

Bang comes packaged in VFX Suite. The Maxon App now allows users to install VFX Suite without the need for a separate installer download.

1. Close any and all host applications. Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro X, DaVinci Resolve, etc., should all be closed prior to running the installer.
2. Install, launch, and log into the Maxon App. You can download the Maxon App directly from Maxon. After installing, launch the application and fill in the Maxon credentials associated with your license.
3. Click the Update or Install button next to VFX Suite. Once you click the Update or Install button, VFX Suite will download the VFX installer, which will open automatically upon completion. If VFX Suite says it is up to date, you have the latest version. Alternatively, you may need press Reset Configuration if you just installed the Maxon App.
4. Install. After clicking Install, the software will automatically install all necessary components for the selected plug-in(s). The installer may ask for administrative credentials after this step because it is placing files in directories accessible by all system users.

You may now close the installer and use your host program(s).
