A system to display preview subdivisions on a model. Activate Dynamic Subdiv toggle to display assigned FlatSubdiv and SmoothSubdiv subdivision levels.
Dynamic Subdiv Preview do not apply subdivisions, resulting in no active points count change of the model when preview is active.
Example demonstrates Dynamic Subdiv active with SmoothSubdiv slider increased to simulate a smooth preview of the model.
Dynamic Subdiv settings can be applied as Subdivisions resulting in active points count increase.
Dynamic Subdiv toggle must be active to access the Apply button.
Applies preview subdivision levels while retaining hard edges.
FlatSubdiv does not utilize CreaseLvl settings.
Use in combination with Smooth Subdiv slider to achieve combined results.
Each level applies a smoothed subdivision, softening all edges of the model based on topology and assigned Creases.
With creased edges applied to the model, SmoothSubdiv level must be set higher than the assigned Crease > CreaseLvl to smooth creased edges.
