Palettes > Tool > FiberMesh
Quick Steps:
1. Apply a mask to the surface and tap Preview to see FiberMesh results in the targeted mask area. Adjust FiberMesh settings to customize fibers.
2. Tap Accept to generate a FiberMesh subtool for use with Groom brushes.
