Easily composite and frame one layer of footage over a larger layer. Includes the ability to add and customize a colored border and feathering.
Getting Started
Apply
uni.Reframe
onto the layer you want resized.
Presets
Click the
Choose a Preset
button to see an animated preview of all the presets available. Double-click any preset to apply.
After modifying the effect, select
Save a Preset...
to save the modifications as a custom preset.
Modify the Superimposed Picture
The
Position
controls allow you to reposition the center of the distortion on the canvas using the X and Y numerical controls or the crosshair selector.
Change the size of the superimposed image using the
Scale Horizontal
percentage control. Uncheck the
Scale Proportional
checkbox to activate the
Scale Vertical
control to alter the aspect ratio of the frame.
Rotate X, Y,
and
Z
rotates the image in 3D space.
Animation Timing
sets whether the frame animates into place using the
Completion
slider (
Manual
), or by using the
Animation
set of parameters (
Automatic
).

Intro Animation
toggles whether the image animates into place.
Outro Animation
toggles whether the image animates off screen.
Intro Start Time
sets how many seconds pass before the image animates into place.

sets how many seconds the animation uses from start to finish.

provides the standard array of
Animation Tween options
that configure how the picture animates in and out of position.
Border
Border Width
adjusts the size of the border.
Border Color Type
sets whether
Border Color 1
is used as a one-color
Solid
, or uses itself and
Border Color 2
to build a two-color
Gradient.
Gradient Adjust
controls the positioning of the gradient's scale within the border.
Border Opacity
adjusts the transparency of the border.
Crop and Feather:
Crop X
and
Crop Y
sets the percent of the original image is cropped along the X and Y axis.
Feather Direction
sets whether the
Feather
is applied along the
Vertical
or
Horizontal
axis.
Feathering occurs on the right (Vertical) or lower side (Horizontal) with positive
Feather
values, while negative values result in feathering along the left (Vertical) or upper side (Horizontal).
Falloff
adjusts the scale of the feathering range from opaque to transparent.
