# 05 - Main Controls

Trapcode Sound Keys

### Main Controls

**Audio Layer** selects the layer from which to get the audio.

**Channel** selects Left or Right audio channel. Mix will use both.

**Use Comp fps,** when checked, will generate one keyframe per frame. When not checked, the **Keyframes per Second** parameter sets how many keyframes per second should be generated.

**Apply,**when pressed, generates keyframes for the work area duration for the active range(s).

**Delete,** when pressed, deletes all keyframes in the work area duration for the active range(s).

**Cancel** can be used to cancel an **Apply** command. **Delete** commands cannot be canceled (they are normally fast). All commands can be undone using Cmd + Z on Mac or Ctrl + Z on Windows.
