The following images show these parameters in play. ![k_off](https://help.maxon.net/rg/en-us/Content/Resources/Images/K_Off_trapcode-form.gif)\ ![k_h](https://help.maxon.net/rg/en-us/Content/Resources/Images/K_mirX_trapcode-form.gif)\ ![k_v](https://help.maxon.net/rg/en-us/Content/Resources/Images/K_mirY_trapcode-form.gif)\ ![k_v](https://help.maxon.net/rg/en-us/Content/Resources/Images/K_mirZ-500-back_trapcode-form.gif)\ ![k_hv](https://help.maxon.net/rg/en-us/Content/Resources/Images/K_mirXY_trapcode-form.gif)\ *From left to right: all mirroring off, Mirror X, Mirror Y, Mirror Z with position z 500 pixels back, and Mirror X and Y.* ### Behavior Two options in a pull-down menu define the symmetry operation. ![kg3](https://help.maxon.net/rg/en-us/Content/Resources/Images/kg3_trapcode-form.png) - **Mirror and Remove:** Works like a regular kaleidoscope, where half of the image is mirrored and the other half is not visible (since it is replaced by the reflection). - **Mirror Everything:** Particles are mirrored both ways so that nothing is discarded. ![k_v](https://help.maxon.net/rg/en-us/Content/Resources/Images/K_MirrorAndRemove.gif)\ ![k_everything](https://help.maxon.net/rg/en-us/Content/Resources/Images/K_MirrorEverything.gif)\ *Behavior is set to Mirror and Remove (left) and Mirror Everything (right).* ### Center Position Establish the symmetry center with x/y/z coordinates. Coordinates take effect when the corresponding Mirror value is checked (i.e., z position will adjust when you select Mirror on Z).
