Noise remap Layer
3 different Noise types and representative Remapping curves, on the right multiplied with a Spherical Field (Plain Effector with a Matrix object). The striped region is scaled using the Scale setting and offset using the Offset setting.
This Layer uses a redistribution of the subordinate Field values. The value range of a Spherical Field, for example, that runs from 0 to 1 by default will be transformed by a Noise gradient. Imagine the Noise gradient as a curve (as shown in yellow above).
