Here you can input a vector into the Node. This can be a 2D, 3D or 4D vector. Colors or colors with alpha are also supported. The function is comparable to that of the Split Color Node only that the Split Vector Node only outputs the components that are actually present. For example, if a 3D vector is input but no fourth component is available, a value of 0 will be output by the Split Vector Node.
This setting can be used to directly access the desired component of the vector and output it at the Component output. Index 0 to Index 2 refer to the X, Y and Z components of the vector. Index 3 can be used to output the fourth component (W).
