Starfield Shader Basic
This shader has no dialog and simulates a starry night. The number of stars can be controlled by tiling the texture.
The stars are always computed with a continually varying size. In addition, the brightness of the stars varies. The result is the effect that some stars appear to be closer than others.
If you project the Starfield shader with spherical projection onto a Sky object, the stars will accumulate at the north and south poles of the sky. To avoid this, use Cubic projection.
