These targets control whether an operation applies to a single, multiple, or points following specific alignment rules. Refine how an action influences vertex positions by selecting a point target, allowing precise sculpting or broader modifications across a model. Point targets interact with polygon actions such as moving, extruding, or aligning points. Some targets, like Point, focus on a single vertex, while others, such as By Brush Radius, affect all points within a defined area. Advanced targets like Infinite Depth extend selections along the camera's depth, enabling precise alignment. Understanding point targets ensures efficient control over vertex adjustments and geometry refinement. --- ## Point Target only the clicked Point, regardless of the Draw Size radius. ## Two Points Targets two points by selecting the first Point, adjusting the view if needed, and then selecting the second Point to apply the action. ## Ring Apply the action to the selected Point and its connected edges. Unlike Point, which affects only the Point's center, this target influences all connected geometry. ## By Brush Radius Targets all points within the Draw Size radius to apply uniform action, similar to the Move brush. ## Infinite Depth Targets all points aligned with the clicked Point along the camera's depth. This target is ideal for orthographic views and aligned extruded elements. Only ideally or near-perfectly aligned points are affected. ## Infinite X Target points on the working plane closest to the camera view that align with the cursor along the X-axis. This target affects only perfectly or near-perfectly aligned points. ## Infinite Y Target points on the working plane closest to the camera view that align with the cursor along the Y-axis. This target affects only perfectly or near-perfectly aligned points. ## Infinite Z Target points on the working plane closest to the camera view that align with the cursor along the Z-axis. This target affects only perfectly or near-perfectly aligned points.
