# Import

ZBrush for iPad offers the ability to import 3D files from the Home screen, and various 3D, 2D, and native preset files from an active scene's canvas.

### Import file types:

- ZProject (.ZPR) and ZTool (.ZTL)
- ZBrush native light, material, brush, and floor grid presets
- Non native 3D formats
- Texture and alpha image formats

# Home Screen Import

Import supported formats from files stored locally (On My iPad).

# Canvas Import

Import a variety of files into an active session from the ZBrush canvas. Import format types are offered in respective categories.
