Mesh Emitter

With this Emitter, the points, the surface or even the volume of an object can be used to create particles. The creation of particles can also be partially limited to sections of the geometry using selections and controlled via various maps in the properties. The variation possibilities therefore go beyond those of the Basic Emitter.
If you want to create particles on a spline object, you can use the separate Spline Emitter.


The creation of new particles can be controlled along a surface with vertex maps and vertex colors, for example.
