Vector

Here you can input a vector into the node. This can be a 2D or 3D vector or a color. Only the first two vector components, i.e., the X and Y components of the vector can be output.

Index [0..1]

Here you can directly access the desired vector component or color and output this via the Component output. Index 0 refers to the X compnent and Index 1 refers to the Y component of the input vector.
