Options
This tool is the same as Loop Selection except it selects elements that form a broad ring-shape.
A selection is made by moving from point to point with the mouse button pressed. The selection will be highlighted when made. Selected edges can be deselected by moving back over the active edge line. As soon as you release the mouse button the selection will be made.
If this mode is selected, a line will be displayed between the first selected object point and a second point. The edge selection will be made along the edges that most accurately represent the straightest line between the two points. Click to select the second point once the line runs along the desired path.
An edge selection between two points will be made. Slightly bent edge paths can also be used. Click on the first point and move to the next. The next available edge that can be selected will be highlighted. Click on the next edge to select it.
If active, the selection just created will be added to any existing selection.
