Defines the size of the Title Safe frame.
If this option is enabled, the Safe Frame will be displayed in the Viewport (Perspective only). The size of the frame is defined using the Size setting. The Aspect Ratio defined in the Render Settings menu is used to calculate the defined size.

You’ve probably noticed in a movie theater how the curtains left and right of the screen are sometimes used to make the screen narrower or wider, depending on the film being shown (and the film’s respective format). This can even be observed on television screens when a movie is shown in a different format than the screen itself.
Defines the size of the Action Safe frame.
If enabled, the frames of the defined film format will be displayed in the Viewport (Perspective only). This is the actual rendered region, independent of the size or aspect ratio of the Viewport.
