Blend

The Blend node can be used to arrange two different color layers over one another or combine different blend modes with one another. Additional alpha inputs make it possible to also blend the color layers.

This node makes it possible to blend or overlay two colors, structures or textures. This mode has similarities with the functionality of the Standard material system’s Layer shader or the Layer Material node. Optionally, alpha channels can also be assignd to both colors and blended.
