Substance Asset
Substance 3D Assets are listed in the Substance Asset Manager. If you select one or more entries there, their properties will be displayed in the Attribute Manager.
Note that most asset settings are defined in Substance 3D Designer, which is you define which parameters should be displayed. These parameters are asset-specific and are not described here in the help.
All changes made here will affect all linked Substance Shaders. These are not limited to material channels and can also be used in a Displace object, for example. You can find explanations of the Substance Shader on these pages.
The appearance of a Substance Asset icon has the following meaning (see also image above):
- Light green: Everything is fine.
- Dark green: The asset can be used, but has been deactivated in the Substance Asset Manager (see also here).
- Red: The link for Filename is broken or does not exist.
