The Displacement node is used to link a grayscale structure or a texture with a material’s displacement properties. Here, the height of the displacement and any additionally calculated subdivisions can also be activated for rendering.This node makes it possible to define the displacement structure with which a surface can be shaped. Optionally, the surface can also be subdivided.
