Rotation Order

Rotation angles must always be measured relative to a coordinate system. If a Local option is selected, the angle will use the axis system of the object to which the material is assigned; the Global options will position the angle relative to the global axis direction. Furthermore, the Rotation Order setting can be used to define the order in which the X, Y and Z axes should evaluate the angle around the rotational axis.
