Redshift Cameras

The Redshift camera object works the same as the Cinema 4D camera object, but has additional options for Redshift. See the following pages for information about all the camera settings:

Camera Basics

Here is some general information about camera settings and perspectives, not only related to Redshift cameras.

Choosing the camera type

Redshift offers various types of cameras besides the standard camera:

Bokeh

The camera's Bokeh settings can be used to render with depth of field.

Photographic Exposure

You can use these settings to control the tone and exposure of your renderings.

Lens Distortion

This feature simulates the distortion of a photographic lens, but can also be used for more artistic control. The effect is also useful for matching the rendering to a real film shot or photograph.
