ArcTan2

What is it about?

This page describes the ArcTan2 node of the Redshift renderer in Cinema 4D. It computes the angle from two inputs, respecting their signs — the standard way to derive full 360° angles, for instance for radial patterns.

Returns the arc-tangent of Input 1 and Input 2. When Radians is selected, the output range will be between -PI/2 and PI/2, otherwise -90 and 90 degrees.
