Linear Transformed

What is it about?

This page documents the Linear Transformed distribution node of the Scene Nodes system in Cinema 4D. It extends the Linear node with positions off the straight path and extra rotations — rows that follow curved courses.

This Node is an enhancement of the Linear Node. Additional settings can be used to define positions that do not necessarily lie on a straight. Additional rotation settings can be used to position matrices on curved paths.

For a linear transformation, successive modifications can be added to the linear placement and these modifications to the matrices can be increasingly strengthened towards the end of the distribution.
