Attractor Object
What is it about?
This page covers the Attractor object in Cinema 4D, a particle force. It pulls particles toward itself like a gravitational center — useful for orbiting swarms, vortices or collecting particles at a target point.
The Attractor forces particles to follow orbital paths.
The Attractor represents a radially symmetrical gravitational force. This allows you to capture particles in a similar way to how the sun captures the individual planets, for example. It can also be used to create water swirls.
Outside the Attractor, the particles move linearly again.
