Inflate

What is it about?

This page documents the Inflate brush for sculpting in Cinema 4D. It pushes vertices outward along their normals (or inward with Ctrl) — the typical brush for puffing up muscles, lips or cushion-like volumes.

The inflating effect results in a rounded chin; pressing the Ctrl key results in large eye sockets.

Use the Inflate brush to move vertices in the direction of their Normals (pressing the Ctrl key moves them in the opposite direction) to create inflated or concave regions.

An overview of all available brushes can be found here: Brushes.
