What is it about?

This page documents the Hair Selection tag in Cinema 4D. It stores saved selections of guides or guide points so grooming operations and materials can be limited to specific parts of a hairstyle later on.

Whenever you click on Set Selection (main menu: Hair/Set Selection) to save guides or guide points, the selection and its mode are then saved to a Hair Selection tag.
