Vector Rcp

What is it about?

This page describes the Vector Rcp node of the Redshift renderer in Cinema 4D. It computes 1/x per component — zero components safely map to zero — for inverse scaling of vector data.

Returns 1 / Input. Having Input component values of 0 would normally not be defined in math, but the node will just output 0 in these cases.
