Decompose Matrix

What is it about?

This page covers the Decompose Matrix node of the Scene Nodes system in Cinema 4D. It extracts position, scale and rotation from a matrix — the analytic counterpart of Compose Matrix.

This Node's function is opposite of the Compose Matrix Node. The position and scale of the object system as well as the rotation of the coordinate system can be output for the matrix that in input here.
