What is it about?

This page documents the Arithmetic node of the Scene Nodes system in Cinema 4D. It performs add, subtract, multiply and divide on many data types — the universal calculator of node setups, directly searchable by operation.

This Node offers the basic arithmetic operations add, subtract, divide and multiply and can process various data types.

The Node can be automatically searched for in the desired calculation mode and created via the Asset Browser. Simply enter the desired calculation type, i.e., the +, -, * or / signs, or the terms plus, minus, multiply or divide in the search bar of the Asset Browser. You will then find the appropriately configured version of the Arithmethik Node in the search results.
