Remap

What is it about?

This page describes the Remap layer in Cinema 4D's Field system. It applies the familiar per-Field remapping controls — contour modes included — to everything arranged above it in the list.

The Remap Layer settings are exactly the same as the Formula Field settings (see Enable Remapping, for example), which has the same settings in the Remapping tab. There, they only affect the respective Field - here all Layers arranged above are affected.
