Add Hair
This is the first function you will invoke to create hair, and this is how it works:
A Hair object will be created and, depending on which object was selected, linked accordingly. More specifically:
- If a polygon object, Generator object or spline object was selected when the hair was created (guides / hair will be arranged to existing guide), hair will be applied to the entire object.
- If a point-, edge-, or polygon selection was active when the hair was created, hair will only be applied to the/these selected area(s). A Selection tag will be created automatically that is linked to the hair. This Selection tag can be edited later.
Using Add Hair to create guides / hair will generate guides on each point of the object.
