Activate the Animation option if you want to export animations.

Output As

Output As defines if the animation should be output in multiple files or in a file with multiple layers (a consolidated layer per animation frame).

If you set Framesto All,animation frames will be exported as per the Render Settings for Render and between Start and End for Manual.

Here you define the frame rate in frames per second.
