The Redshift Lights are only available if Redshift is activated as Renderer (see Cinema 4D Render Settings).
Redshift Light
The Redshift light objects work the same as the Cinema 4D light objects, but have additional options for Redshift. The Redshift Light is an all-purpose light which can be used to model point, spot, IES and directional lights as well as area lights of various shapes.
