This function lets you output specific elements of a geometry that were added via editing. For this, an old version of the geometry must be input into the Node.
The Newly Created Node can be used to output the indices of polygons that can differ between two geometries. This makes it possible, as in this example, to obtain only the inset polygons of a cube.
