Distance to Line

This can be used to output the position along an imaginary line between two coordinates that has the shortest distance to a given position.

Here the shortest distance between a zero system (see top right) to a line is calculated. The corresponding position on the line is marked by a sphere and its distance to the zero system is output as a numerical value.
